- 2nd Class - Royal Mail 48 (2-5 business days after dispatch)
- 1st Class - Royal Mail 24 (1-3 business days after dispatch)
You can upgrade at an extra cost on the shipping options to Tracked/Signed delivery.
The Royal Mail do provide a reference number after dispatch so if you do not receive your order within 10 working days of placing it please contact us via the Website Contact Form or email so we can look into it for you.
All delivery estimates are from point of dispatch, not from point of sale.
You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.
Please be aware international deliveries do take longer than UK deliveries so bear that in mind when placing an order but we will generally ship your item within 1-3 days.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs charges upon delivery.
Shipping is always tracked for orders outside the UK which I'm afraid does come at a higher price and we do offer the best price possible on shipping. This is because standard shipping with the Royal Mail isn't tracked outside the UK so if any problems arise its impossible to deal with them but thankfully they are few and far between.
I always obtain proof of postage and your tracking number will be provided for you.

Any faulty or damaged products should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product via image, with an image. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims after this point. We ask that you can send a photo/video where possible to assist us in your claim. After we have received your items and its proven to be damaged/faulty we will refund the item and your return postage cost.
Please be aware depending on your payment method, refunds can take between 1 and 10 working days.
If you are unhappy with your purchase I will happily refund the order as long as you can give photo evidence or return your order
You are welcome to return any products within 14 days of purchasing for a full refund on each product as long as the product still remains in the condition it was bought when returned. We do not refund postage unless the products are faulty so please be aware of possible return costs.

Please allow a little extra times especially during busy shopping periods like Christmas. Feel free to contact us so we can look into the tracking information with the Royal Mail.
We have to allow 10 working days before the parcel is classed as lost and in that event we will happily refund/resend your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any postage that was wrongly selected, nor can we increase the service of your parcel. Please note that we cannot amend your details once the order has been dispatched and we cannot refund orders with incorrect addresses after dispatch unless they are returned to us.
